At Mobellia, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mobellia account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
